  Great sites with bargains. Love the fact you can get a repeat order without having to remember to order. Delivery time was within the time frame quoted so that was great. And the communication for tracking was up to date. No problems at all. Received my order well. And I now have one happy cat.

  Order took nearly a month to turn up and when I questioned it they sent me to a website in foreign language and was told to use Google to translate it it would help if I knew what language it was in the first place so basically we can’t help you Google

  The product i purchased from Miscota cannot be bought anywhere else in the UK, or at least not for similar price. Due to them being abroad, the postage prices are atrocious, and there is also a significant amount of time awaiting for the delivery. But as i said, i have not many options here and the service is good.

  Excellent company. So far I'm very pleased with the service I've received. I've placed a few orders recently as they have Gourmet products that for some reson are not so easy to buy in this country at the moment so it's worth the wait to buy from Miscota. Tracking of the order is very good and the package arrives in amazing condition after such a long trip. I would recommend this company.

  Delivery was unfortunately incomplete but the customer service was very quick to respond and will be refunding us for the missing items. I have been using Miscota for our cats food for nearly two years now and this is the first time our order has not been complete. I'd definitely recommend them.

  If not for the food brand I purchase, which unfortunately is no longer available from Italy where it is actually produced, I will not keep using Miscota as I've to pay for transport fees which increase the larger the quantity I buy! This is really ridiculous! Not to mention the 1 week and longer to get it delivered. My 3 stars therefore refer only to the food brand.
