  The delivery was slow. The harness was too small for my dog. The return slip was not included in the envelope. The site was very confusing. Too use the ‘chat’ with a bot you had to pay a pound! I gave up & would not use this site again.

  The delivery arrived on time and the price as paid was good unfortunately there were only 4 items in the parcel delivered when 5 items were paid for. I contacted miscota immediately and am now in the process of collecting the required information including bar code parcel and packing to enable them to determine if in fact what happened to my order.

  Miscota advised my shipment would be in 3-5 days, so after a week you can see why I was getting a little worried, but 6 days later my parcel arrived.. 👏🏻🙏👍 happy days . I definitely Would order again , and just know there may be a short delay.

  Our cat lives his tuna melting heart food, unfortunately the shops only stock it in selection boxes,but miscota keep us supplied with 24 tins per pack,and only the flavour our boy wants.its difficult to get hold of in bulk,but miscota don't let us down.

  I ordered an item for my dog. The item never reached my address and got sent back to Miscota because my address was not printed onto the package, only my postcode. This forced Royal Mail to send the package back. This is awful service and no explanation behind it. I would not recommend you to anyone and will be making sure people stay clear from Miscota, as they are clearly incapable of sending items to addresses. No apology, or explanation. This has caused my dogs training to be pushed back. Thanks a lot for wasting my time. If I hadn’t of checked on the Royal Mail site I would never have know and would have been waiting for something that was never going to turn up. What an absolute mess of a company, it’s embarrassing.

  My only criticism is not being able to speak to someone on the phone. Had I been able to, I would probably have ordered a different sized collar and would not have had to return them because they were too small.

  Our guinea pigs couldn't find anywhere online in the UK where the product they wanted for their bedding was available at present - so they sent to Spain for it. It arrived much more quickly than Miscota estimated and was beautifully and safely packaged. They send their thanks and say they won't hesitate to use Miscota if needed again.

  The inital price of the product was excellent. However the cost of shipping was VERY high! I expected at this price to get a private Jet not road haulage across Europe. Great product, cheap. Please stop this rip-off postage! I was charged 4 times for just one box.

  Great uk web page pay in uk sterling but they are based in Spain so please be aware if you order anything it takes 2 weeks to arrive in uk this is my 3rd order from they and have not any problems just 1 day late with snacks this time so nearly ran out dog not happy about it so with Easter not far away will be placing an order earlier as don’t want to run out plus you can track it all the way from Spain to uk which is a plus sign !

The Frolic dog food is no longer available in UK but even with postage ( Royal Mail )it is much cheaper to buy from Miscota than Amazon or EBay who are ripping people off with their prices for it.

  Unfortunately they ran out of the food I ordered, however they were quick to inform me to see if I would like a replacement of equal value. Unfortunately while I was making the choice, they had a delivery and then gave me the product I originally purchased which delayed postage. I still believe that I should have been refunded my postage cost as it did not arrive in the time frame they gave me, but it is what it is.
