  Arrived before the due date. I was sceptical about this company as I read the reviews after the order and though it might have been a mistake, but pleasantly surprised and no complaints. I did only order a dog collar though and order problems seem to be with pet food delays.

  Great service web site is Uk but think based in Spain as the tests come from Spain to uk have no problem with this but just take a little longer to get here plus paying postage still works out cheaper than getting the hills version for £20 of Amazon got 5 packs plus postage for the same as 1 pack of hills of Amazon which the dog hates 😞 so just keep this in mind if you order from uk

  I have to make sure I put in my order in plenty of time in order to recieve the medication my dog needs. I do not use the automatic re-order facility, even though the website tries to persuade this, as my dog is terminally ill, and I don't want the hassle of cancelling orders, if she has just suddenly died( which is iminent).

  The site and service were ok when buying my item. I do feel it slightly tricked me into thinking my item would be coming from the uk. I checked before ordering that it was a uk website, paid in pounds sterling and was using a UK courier, yet my order came from over seas and there was a delay I was not expecting, luckily no import duty. The item I bought was badly packaged, with a European plug hanging out of the packaging. Not what I expected and felt it should have been better.

  I was very pleased with my first order. The website is user friendly and prices are very good. I was hesitant about using at first as had read some negative reviews about deliveries, but thought I'd give it a go. The ordering process was simple as well as payment. Customer service was great, was updated with delivery link and time frame etc. Delivery arrived sooner than estimated date which was a bonus. Will definitely use again.
