  Despite having asked Miscota to pause deliveries on an auto re-order arrangement, because I have built up a large store of biscuits now and need to allow my dogs to catch up with consumption, I still am getting WEEKLY deliveries. I have contacted Miscota customer services by email to pause the delivery cycle and had an aclnowledgement of its receipt, from SPAIN, not the UK. I am not happy. Good product seemingly being spoilt by less good business practice.

  Such long delivery period, the cans were all loose in the box- 1 was squashed and didnt even had a sticker on it so I'm not even sure it's what I ordered. Never ordering from them again.

  Have purchased this product before from Miscota, so repeated order. Delivery takes a couple of weeks to UK, as it has to come from Spain. My order arrived by Royal Mail and was well packaged in a cardboard box. I was kept informed of my parcel’s journey by email. I would recommend this company.

  It arrived with a short order, when I enquired I was asked for the delivery note number which wasn't included. I've ordered again and hopefully will get the correct amount this time. I've also tried to set up a recurring order but won't let me do it. I have tried emailing the company but as to yet I have not received a reply to let me know if I have even set up a reoccurring order or even if my last order is being processed even though the money has been taken.

  My dog has only ever played with the Kong blue fox toy. I always but them in bulk from Muscota as they are very competitive on price and delivery. Hope they don't stop doing them otherwise I will have a very depressed Cavalier.

  I was a little concerned as there were some mixed reviews, but everything went very smoothly. My order even arrived slightly before the expected date!   Miscota sent me a number of boxes of the old capsule style Aktivait formulation after kindly checking that their stock was the older type which I wanted. Arrived in a week or so. Great customer service. Based on my experience I definitely recommend Miscota.
