  Problem was no communication. You charged my card and did not send me an email to say the order was on its way. Logged in to my account to try to check the order and no information there, tried to phone and no phone number, tried to send message and it needed an order number which I hadn’t been given

  The website is excellent as are the products and the prices. I do have a couple of comments to make which prevent me giving a five star review. 1. Delivery delays - when I completed the last order I opted for the standard delivery by MyHermes which was promised within 72 hours and actually took 10 days!! This is incredibly misleading. 2. You send too many marketing emails!

  item never arrived, they refused me a refund, had to claim back money through paypal, they also advertise as a British seller but items were sent out from Portugal, I paid for 3-4 day delivery after 3 weeks still no sign and no information from Miscota so I made a claim

  Buy my Frolic Dog Food from Miscota. Their service is okay, but they have only had beef got the last couple of orders, and I can never buy the product at the advertised price when j get to the checkout. Packaging leaves a bit to be desired as last two shipments have been damaged and resealed.

  Shipping takes a bit longer than stated and i wish there was an option to buy the occasional extra one of the same product as part of the auto-ship option. apart from that very easy to set up and use.

  Despite placing my order over a month ago I am still awaiting delivery of the product. I have sent a total of eight emails to customer service in an effort to get this resolved. No action has been taken by customer service to solve the problem. I have requested a refund but have been told I must wait for the item to be delivered by Hermes where my order is being held up. Clearly there is a problem with Hermes. I am unable to contact Hermes because their website states that in the event of a non delivery the supplier must contact them. I have explained all this in my emails to miscota. Still all I am told is to await delivery and I am refused a refund.

  I stopped using this site 1a8mths ago but sadly had forgotten why. Sadly I was reminded when I used again in March and will not make that error again. The communication and contact with them is very poor and lengthy time to get replies if at all. No telephone contact given. Customer service very poor. Orders never ever arrive on time always delayed and items no longer available despite saying they were at ordering. Packaging always damaged too. Poor quality.

  Arrives during dates quoted, only problem I have found is the tracking does not work at all, maybe because I live in the SEast and as soon as it comes into the country it is delivered

  The product and price are ok but the inability to access your account to change or cancel a regular order is extremely poor this has led me to cancel my future orders with them . As I was unable to do this on their website I’ve had to resort to cancelling future payments from my credit card . I’m going back to previous on line provider .

  Ordered wrong product cancelled my order within minutes. Got no acknowledgment for 24 hours and was then told it was too late to cancel the order but that if I refused delivery it would be returned and I would be refunded. Delivery arrived when 4 people were in the house but the logistics company did not even knock on the door and got no signature. I contacted to ask that the product be picked up and returned but this message was ignored. I sent another message complaining and got an automated message saying I would be contacted within 24 hours but this didn’t happen. Miscota are dysfunctional and incompetent. Don’t use them,
