  Awful. I still haven't received my goods and I've paid. My goods are at the wrong Royal Mail depot, I don't know why and they've been stuck there for 5 days with no update as far as I can see on the tracking.

  It’s a terrible company very unhelpful and the order takes so long to arrive. They don’t care about customers and if anywhere else stocked the food I need I wouldn’t touch this company but lucky for them they are the only ones that stock it. The price for shipping is almost the same as the price for the food.

  Quick and reliable service. Only place I can buy the cat food that I require. Delivery from Spain to UK, on time every time. Worth the extra international delivery charges to get what I want. Would definitely recommend.

  Scam company never buy from them!! I'm still waiting for my refund after 70 emails!!! As they do not have a number to contact, they advertised products that don't have on stock and send the order late and with lot of missing items but they charge you for everything and refused to refund your money afterwards! Plus they lie too with the 5% coupon discount added to the order ! They are thefts do not order nothing here

  Very angry I canceled my order the same day it was made due to the 16day wait Moscota confirmed by email the refund of my money the. A week later the money is taken back out my bank I have received no order and have been coned out of money I will be reporting this as they did not have the right to take out money from my bank or use my card details be careful with them

  Everyone at Miscota are very helpful. I am not very good with computers at 76 years old BUT my cats love the gourmet terrines and I can only obtain them from Miscota. My order is prepared and despatched within about 48 hours depending on day of week I order. I am kept up to date with the preparation/packaging/despatching/courier/delivery details with a time scale for delivery - ALWAYS DELIVERED WHEN SAID AND EARLY ON OCCASIONS. i HAVE RECOMMENDED MISCOTA TO OTHER PET SHOPPERS AND TELL THEM TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE.   It took a little while to arrive but that’s only because it was from Spain . My dog has bad arthritis and he has been taking these pills for almost one week and we can definitely see improvement in his walking. If you are thinking about these pills then I would highly recommend them and this company.

  Ordering from the site was simple and communication good. We received the order In a decent amount of time considering it was coming from Europe to the UK. Tracking was useful and I was able to follow the journey of the order. All in all there was nothing to complain about. I always make sure I order in good time as I'm conscious that I won't receive my order overnight in the same way as when I order in the UK. I try to allow a minimum of 2 weeks although it has usually arrived before that time.

  Have no problem in making orders. It is disappointing that I have to pay such a lot for post etc and that it takes such a long time for delivery. I wish I could order it from home which should be much cheaper. Other than what I have mentioned I have only good to say about Miscota.

  I ordered this bird cage which was easy enough, but when i received the cage was bent out of shape which im not happy about. The cage is what i was looking for so just keeped as im not sure if replacement would get damaged in the delivery process. That was my only issue with it

  As Purina don't seem to produce these for the UK market anymore, and my cat absolutely adores these (not sure why) I bought from Miscota.
