Poor company. Prong collar size not accurate for my XL Bully. Not worth it to return because I have to pay the postage. You lost out on lots of business from us as we have lots of animals. Not happy at all!

My cat only likes this brand as he has been eating it since we adopted him but in the UK we couldn't find it anywhere. Delivery was the day that was mentioned and it all arrived in perfect condition.

The company were good & the website was easy to navigate. Kept informed when originally out of stock. Delivery once back in stock was quite quick & was able to track with no problem. Unfortunately the product was not as expected. Picture showed white mouse & was buying to replace a previous white mouse toy. Our fussy cat is not happy with the black one & is currently not playing with it! Hopefully if we persevere she will get to love it like the previous one.

Before we left the EU I always ordered my Alpha Spirit dog food from them, but sadly after leaving, the delivery costs were as much as the food! However, the delivery costs are now more reasonable and I will use them again as they are a reliable company and have a good selection of dog products.
