    Delivery takes a little longer, but parcel came packed well and a couple of days before its scheduled estimate. Product still cheaper despite costly postage charges.

    Firstly, my order was not placed in January 2026, it was placed 8 December 2025. I waited weeks for them to ship and finally contacted them about the delay. Someone said it was holidays and others said illness. Who knows. Always excuses. Finally in the new year, I get notice my order is shipping but they didn't have one of my products ordered, so no substitutions, thank you, and off it went. I still don't know if I was credited for the item that didn't ship as no confirmation has ever been sent. I got my order the end of January. About 6 weeks wait. I used to order from them with no problems but will not anymore. Sad state of affairs.
