Small rolls of dog food. Very expwnsive compared d to shop. Easier and cheaper to get a taxi and buy many rolls of dog food from shop. Delivery cost ridiculous will not use again.

The delivery was slow. The harness was too small for my dog. The return slip was not included in the envelope. The site was very confusing. Too use the ‘chat’ with a bot you had to pay a pound! I gave up & would not use this site again.

The delivery arrived on time and the price as paid was good unfortunately there were only 4 items in the parcel delivered when 5 items were paid for. I contacted miscota immediately and am now in the process of collecting the required information including bar code parcel and packing to enable them to determine if in fact what happened to my order.

Miscota advised my shipment would be in 3-5 days, so after a week you can see why I was getting a little worried, but 6 days later my parcel arrived.. 👏🏻🙏👍 happy days . I definitely Would order again , and just know there may be a short delay.
