Bad experience told was out Of stock then told the same day it’s been delivered then told it was out of stock again all in the space of about a day what’s going on if it’s out of stock you shouldn’t be selling stuff that you don’t have

I have given 1 star as I ordered 2 medium collars (collars are lovely to be fair) and they sent 2 large. I have messaged and got a reply that they have received my message - but nothing else. So wasted my money! Poor customer service

Our guinea pigs couldn't find anywhere online in the UK where the product they wanted for their bedding was available at present - so they sent to Spain for it. It arrived much more quickly than Miscota estimated and was beautifully and safely packaged. They send their thanks and say they won't hesitate to use Miscota if needed again.
