The site and service were ok when buying my item. I do feel it slightly tricked me into thinking my item would be coming from the uk. I checked before ordering that it was a uk website, paid in pounds sterling and was using a UK courier, yet my order came from over seas and there was a delay I was not expecting, luckily no import duty. The item I bought was badly packaged, with a European plug hanging out of the packaging. Not what I expected and felt it should have been better.

Have been using Miscota for several years now, without any issue. They stock the only cat food one of my cats will eat (and which is no longer available in the UK for some reason), so long may they continue!
