    Terrible, they did not send the extra Links and can not use the collar. They said can not send replacement as international. Apparently they are a spanish company. So why the co.uk???

    The service is excellent however I have had a few problems with the website. I had a subscription for the item I use but ended up cancelling this as I could not alter my desired date. Then I had to reorder when I needed the product. Would still recommend Miscota

    Sometime some packing come open?! This is not acceptable, and pay lots off money for delivery but still waiting 2-3 weeks for parcel! Should be a better service for this money!

    Very impressed that Miscota are now using a smaller box for purchases instead of a large box and lots of packing. 10 out of 10 for that. Package arrived well packed and on time . Good product my little dog loves these biscuits. Kept well informed re delivery and tracking
