Verified reviewI wished to cancel my order, contacted support like the FAQ said. They did not reply whatsoever and sent the item regardless. Now stuck with something I don't want. Returns require me to pay extortionate shipping. Will likely not be buying again.

Verified reviewIt’s a good website. But as an improvement I would make packages. As in, if you buy box A, you can product B to complete a set. Also, I would make all products available in all colours. I would have bought an extra water bottle if the I could have matched the preferred colour. Yes, I am one of those people who likes everything to be uniform… :)
