Navigation on the site was fine, some products were out of stock when I made the purchase, which was annoying at the time but not off-putting.

The photos on the website is very misleading, it looks like the box has lot of space for food. In reality the box can’t fit a double sandwich. Only 1-2 strawberries. no space for yogurt or crisps.
