  Apart from the fact I spent £300 on a jacket paid £16 for only to be charged a further £70 from fed ex for customs I will never order again from this site I should of tried to find the item in the uk

In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We inform our customers aboutt his on our website and also at checkout before the order is confirmed.

  To be honest the customer service I received was diabolical the lady i spoke with was rude and very un empathetic towards me I have now returned the jacket and I will never order from this site or company again I hope there is no stress getting my refund back again I will not refer anyone to this site and I certainly will take my money and custom elsewhere the service was so bad and the fact I've spent £70 to receive then a further £65 to return is so bad

  Excellent experience, had a little tourney with the check out and got double ordered by mistake. Motostorm emailed me within 12hrs asking if this was an error and refunded one order that day. Shipping to the USA was faster than ordering here on the USA, 2days from ordering until delivered in South Carolina. Will be recommended to all my bike friends. Product was exactly what I ordered and best price by almost $200.

  I'm an American located in Alabama. I was hesitant to order from overseas, but Motostorm came through in a big way.   Very quick response to the order and even with overseas shipping from Italy to Canada it only took 4 days with a weekend in there as well . Great service . The customs payment wasnt that much but would be nice to know the amount when placing order so you dont get any surprices. Not sure if that is possible ?

  I live in the States, so I was not having high expectations for speed of delivery. To my surprise, the package arrived in exactly one week. Motostorm shipped it in the original manufacturer's box, which took a small ding on one of the corners, but the top case was still in pristine condition. Motostorm shipped it quickly, and DHL took it from there. I saved money, even with shipping cost. This is the first time I've ever ordered anything directly from a company in Europe, and I'm impressed. Thank you, Motostorm and DHL for a great transaction. I look forward to more in the future.

  Great helmet! Quality clearly shows and VERY comfortable. Not the most glasses friendly, if you have a thick frame you might want to do more research on glasses. Size was perfect to measurement. More quite than an AGV K3 or Icon airflite and more comfortable. Comes with the street spoiler only and a smoked visor (clear visor is installed already). Delivered on time with DHL. Would totally recommend this helmet.

The big value of Motostorm is that I can get products which are not available in my cuntory and those are really reasonable price. Basically, the shipping process is quick if products are available.   Service is really good - I bought a Caberg Helmet online a couple of months back whilst I was overseas - there was a bit of a delay that was going to coincide with me not being able to take possession and they cancelled the order and refunded money without any questions - I have since purchased the helmet again and it arrived on time - a really good service and online store - I will be using them again.
