  I bought a Termoscud. Got from Italy to Montreal in 5 days. What I didn’t appreciate was the shipping fee of 61 $ to which was added 21$ of customs and another 13$ additional fee for shipping . So for a 140$ value of product I paid 74$ of shipping. Maybe FedEx is not the best option for shipping, since it is outrageously expensive. I would have preferred a longer shipping time in exchange for a reasonable shipping cost. So the suggestion I have for Motostorm is to change the shipping provider.

  Received this helmet in well packaging from Motostorm to USA within only one week of order placed. This limited edition helmet from Arai did not disappoint. It came in a box with matching design and a red velvet helmet bag to show off its uniqueness. The helmet paint job is top notch. It fits snuggly without feeling overly pressure or hot. As a loyal fan, this is my twentieth Arai purchased in the last thirty years.

  The quality of the product is very good. Yet, the customer service was quite poor. The delivery was extremely slow! It took over 2 months to receive. There should have been some additional refund for the shipping for such a late delivery.

  I have been searching for the Shoei Glamster for weeks as I needed to replace my AGV which has served me very well for a few months. No one in North America had any stock so I decided to research who carried it. Motostorm has a large selection of both colours and sizes. I am in between a M and a L, and while i was certain I could fit either, I opted for the size Mwhich I am glad about. Thanks for the super fast shipping to North America!

Há sempre um mas, o parceiro UPS indicou (por e-mail) uma data de entrega muito ambiciosa ao realizado - entre Italia e Portugal (Lisboa) a encomenda andou a "passear por 2 locais em Italia e 3 locais em Espanha", e não foi no sentido de Lisboa!! - enfim, diz-se que isto são os melhores processos de entrega - vamos acreditar nisso.

  The staff was responsive and once they received the item shipped it very quickly. However, took 4 weeks to get it. If I knew upfront it would take almost a month, I would have went another route. Still, a great price and was shipped quickly once item was in received by their vendor.

  Motostorm was excellent. I purchased a helmet and headset from their online store, because that helmet is not available in Canada. The helmet and headset arrived within 14 days - sooner than the projected delivery time period. The helmet is exactly as ordered and is in perfect condition. The headset box is in perfect condition, although I have not yet opened the box. My experience with Motostorm was excellent. I would certainly purchase from them again.

  When I placed my order the exhaust I wanted had a 3 week lead time, totally fine. I get another email a week later saying my order has shipped from Italy. It’s at my door in the US 3 days later. Exhaust was in pristine condition. Hell yeah. Excellent service, highly recommend Motostorm.

  Great prices. Poor communications. Ordered tank bag on Aug 31st, auto-generated order confirmation received with ship date of Sept 12th. Ship date came and went with no further updates, I inquired three times asking for any info, no response. Finally, they notified of new ship date: Sept 20th. Once shipped it arrived quickly. Would I buy from them again? Maybe, but the lack of responses to direct inquiries scares me a little. A little after my initial order I emailed them about a helmet I also wanted to buy. I received no response and its been over three weeks. I purchased elsewhere.

  Don't buy if you're in the UK. I received a tax import duty (not knowing it was being shipped for what I would consider a very expensive price already. £53 tax is unbelievable for a £200 product.

  Hello, we inform our customers that those outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Dont forget that you did pay tax when purchasing from us. It is normal that your government asks you to pay taxes and duties when the parcel arrives to your country.
