  Amazing! I ordered an equestrian airbag vest that was hundreds cheaper than what I can buy of the exact same still in the states. I was nervous ordering abroad but the best arrived exactly as expected and in 5 days no less! Incredibly fast, easy and a huge money saver!

  Motostorm sent me a defective product. I immediately contacted Motostorm with a picture of the defective product, but received no response. I had no choice but to report it to PayPal, and Motostorm contacted me. They said they would send a part that had nothing to do with the defective part. Once again, I attached a picture of the defective part and explained to Motostorm that it was a fundamental manufacturing error by the manufacturer and that it was not a normal product, and they informed me that they would give me a full refund and that I should return the product. In order to return the item from here, I would need to have the high taxes I paid upon receipt of the item returned to me by customs. To do this, I have to return the item through customs. This is very time-consuming. It is not easy to return goods overseas. Motostorm knowingly sends poorly inspected and defective products overseas. In addition, the return slips provided by Motostorm appear to contain false information regarding the amount of goods involved in the import/export process. And of course, there is no apology from Motostorm. Discussions are ongoing.

  Hello, thanking you for your feedback. As you know we are very sorry for this inconvenience. You have been contacted by customer service and you have been sent a prepaid shipping ticket to send the item back to Motostorm to recieve a full refund. You will not be charged by customs in your country to send the item back to Italy as the customs duties are the responsibilty of who pays for the return ticket. The value indicated is not false as the item you have recieved has been exported previously. Please follow the instructions that you have been sent to return the defective item.

  I received my bags within 2 weeks of ordering . Quality is great , however the right side bag mount is incorrect. I have emailed with photos and part numbers of the incorrect side as well as the correct side. I believe the wrong bar was placed in the package . I am waiting for a response once that is done to my satisfaction you will receive your other 3 stars . Currently I cannot use the bags due to fitment issues

  Hello, our return policy clearly states that in the event that the size of the purchased product does not match the expectations you can return the item(s). Within 30 days of receipt of goods you must login to your order list and fill out the return form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. You can then place another order. Products must be returned unused and with all the original packaging to receive your refund. We will deduct any associated fees and shipping costs from your refund. You will get your refund with the same payment method used for your order in about 1-2 weeks from reception.

It is most important that the goods are delicvered directly to the reciever.   Delivery was very fast given that it came from Italy. Delivered in Asia in just 4 days. The Shoei Glamster 06 shell size seems to be smaller versus its previous version. The previous ones fit me perfectly. This one is a little tight when you wear them. Besides the sizing, Glamster 06 is great!

Only thing I'd have to mention on the negative side is my invoice being placed on the outside of the box with the mailing info for anyone to see what item is in the box & how much I paid for it.   Delivery time was as promised, product was as promised, BUT there was glue spots on the screen, when I opened it. I had some work to do, to get the glue away. The glue has been there already from the factory, I believe. So ask the manufacturer to check the product before they send it.

  I found what I wanted; a quality helmet for a very good price. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that nothing happened for a week after I ordered. Then, just as I was about to contact Motostorm to inquire what had happened, I was notified that the helmet was shipping. AND the notice said I had just ordered the helmet... What? That being said, once the helmet was actually shipped, it was delivered within a few days. Sadly, I also wanted to buy some riding shoes at the same time as the helmet, so both would be shipped free, but they were out of my size on the shoes.
