  I am from the UNITED STATES near Atlanta Georgia, 5000 miles away I was shopping for a hemet and couldn't find what I wanted here in states I found a great deal on a helmet with you guys but was reluctant in the past to order from overseas but not anymore I received the helmet in three days impressive at the same time I ordered this I ordered a pair of boots from an American company 800 miles from me it took more than twice as long to get that order clearly Motorstorm.it wanted my business product was double boxed and was just what I wanted thanks Motorstorm I will not hesitate to order from you guys anymore and will brag on you to my buddies here in STATES a very satisfied customer if I could give more than 5 stars I would...Robert Barnes.

  Super Helm! Sieht optisch hammer aus und ist leicht. Ist angenehm zu tragen und drückt nicht. Jedoch ist der nicht für hohe Geschwindigkeiten gemacht. Ab 80km/h + wird es relativ laut. Sonst Hammer Helm!

  Motostorm's listing for Kappa K Mission cases has false information. The description clearly states the cases have an *external release knob* to "detach the side cases": https://www.motostorm.it/en/accessories/luggage/kappa-k-mission-side-cases-pair-grey.html They do *not*! The external release knob is only available on the Givi Alaska cases. I only realized this when they arrived in Canada! With my 58L top case I am unable to open these new side cases. I bought them because I wanted to be able to release them without opening the lid with the *external release knob* .. and that feature is clearly stated in the Motostorm listing. I contacted Motostorm customer service and they did not acknowledge the misrepresentation other than "That's what Kappa's description says". However, if you actually look at the cases you will see that the external release knob actually doesn't exist... at all. Motostorm offered to refund the purchase price of the cases if I shipped them back. I paid $170 in duties and taxes to receive this order already, I am not interesting in spending any more money to ship these back. I will sell them locally and then buy from a local dealer to avoid this scenario again. Be careful buying online overseas! I spent $1,200 and got no concessions for Motostorm's product misrepresentation, which is frustrating.

  After a week for Motostorm to get the Airoh helmet from their warehouse they shipped it through UPS. I was notified by UPS that there was papers to be filed in order to clear customs which Motostorm rectified quickly and the helmet showed up in three days on my doorstep. They did a great job getting the helmet to me in the USA. Thank You Motostorm. The Airoh Aviator 3 is quit impressive but has a little snug fit but I'm sure it will break in and be my new favorite helmet.

  Item arrived quickly and packed ok. I would say some more foam should be used to protect the helmet for 5 stars. happy with the fit, happy with the quality. If you wear the k1 it is slightly more fitted on the cheeks but very comfortable.

  I ordered the Nolan X-Lite X-903 from the Motostorm website on January 9th and it was delivered January 14th to my home here in Australia. That is very fast delivery from one side of the world to the other. Great service and great updates provided by UPS. I had seen some less than favourable reviews online about the delivery experience but I could not have been happier. The helmet is great and an improvement on what I was using before. Great work by the Motostorm team. I will be shopping with them again.

  I ordered the Shad SH 36 from Motostrom and the Brackets from a guy in George from eBay. I thought the sine the boxes were coming from Italy I would get the brackets first and have to ride around for a while with just the brackets and no boxes. To my surprise, they both arrived at the same time. The box was a little damaged, which worried me but the boxes were in perfect condition. Thank you very much Motorstorm and I will be buying from you again.

  Paid 467 euros for my Clover Vest with transportation fees and blocked in custom border for tax ( over 400 euros additional to import fees ) so i refuse . The product rget back to Motostorm after almost 50 days after . THey refund only 297 euros instead 467 euros . SO REFUND POLICY FOR FREE IS NOT TRUE ! BAD COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE REFUNDED .

  Hello, the refund was not complete as - like stated in the refund policy - we will deduct any associated fees and shipping costs from your refund. We shipped correctly this order and we also informed that upon receipt of the goods the custom office can require custom fees. You contacted us confirming that you refused the package and as a consequnce it will be shipped back to us - we told you that all extra fees and shipments would have been deducted as this was not our fault and you agreed to it. We are sorry you are not satisfied with the service, we however always informed you of these conditions and we were clear on informing you of what we will be deducting from the refund.

  When I contacted Motostorm to find out where my helmet was they notified me promptly with expectations. There was a delay in helmet manufacturing due to COVID and potentially it should be ready for shipping at the end of January. They even asked if I was ok with waiting to receive the helmet or not. Great customer service!

  First, there shipping was amazing! I ordered the item late Sunday and was received by Friday...you can't beat that. Especially, from Italy to the U.S. However, the product that was shipped to me, rear fender for a Husqvarna TE511, was not the product that was shown in the pictures advertised. I have attempted to contact the vendor to get the advertised product, via e-mail, and at this time there has been no response. the return fees, are the responsibility of the customer and based on prices from UPS to ship back (over $300.00) its cheaper for me to keep the item then to return it. I decided to pay more based on the advertised pictures shown and ended up paying almost three times more, with shipping, for a product that I could have gotten for $25.00 on Ebay. I hope they send me the correct product as advertised

  Found the correct size after seeing it out of stock on other websites. Pants arrived within a week, box undamaged, pants true to what I ordered and fit like a glove! Price was cheaper compared to other websites too, even with the included $20 shipping cost. Don't be afraid to order from this website!

  It was my first time to buy anything on Motostorm and it was a success. Bought the Rukka Realer pants at the lowest price in the market. That's nice of course but what was greater that Motostorm delivered the package faster from Italy to Germany than what I bought at the same day at a German motorcycle shop. So that's pretty cool. So I'll keep my eye focused for another buy in the future. Well done Motorstorm.

  I have been looking for a pair of Daytona Road Star Goretex boots for some time but have been put off buying a pair because of their high price. Around Black Friday I was searching for deals and came across Motostorm Motorcycle World in a Google search. They were advertising the boots I was looking for at about a 30% discount - far cheaper than anything I have seen. I went to their website and ordered the boots which were thankfully available in my size (46). They took about 5 days to arrive from Italy (I live in Scotland). I am very happy with the boots, the price and the reliable service from Motostorm Motorcycle World.

  This was the first time I ordered something from Motostorm. It will not be the last. The customer service was exceptional. The delivery date was exactly what was stated when I placed my order. The price of the item I ordered was exceptionally low, which led to some skepticism. But, the product was exactly what I ordered. Anyone looking for quality motorcycle gear for a great price, this is the place to go.

  I'm very happy with Motostorm. Although I purchased from the UK, the prices were absolutely smashing, A LOT cheaper than here. Also the customer service was excellent, i had been kept up to date with my delivery, and delivery time was also rather fast. So far so good, since then i have placed another order for some Rukka goods again :)
