  Ordered the GIVI TN2158 crash bars (for 2024 Yamaha tenere700) shipped from Italy for total cost including shipping of $219 USD. These crash bars are listed everywhere else for $340 USD. Saved a lot of money and simply took a bit longer to receive since coming from so far away. (Italy to SE VA, USA). Definitely will shop Motostorm first for motorcycle products before going anywhere else.

  Excellent seller! I looked all over the internet for the Alpinestars Rover Overland backpack in stock. Pretty much everyone was either out of stock, or they had the item listed incorrectly. I ordered one from another seller and got the Rover Multi instead. Motosorm had the item in stock, at a great price, and shipped it stupid fast. I received my backpack less than a week later all the way from Italy to the US. Great experience with these folks.

  I can only rate this order 3 of 5 star due to package being delivered damaged and missing an item. I can't tell if this is Motostorm's fault or the carrier but I've sent a message to Motorstorm to see if the missing item will be replaced. The communication was excellent and shipping pretty fast. If I can, I will edit this after I find out if Motostorm will make good on the missing item.

  I am very pleased of Andreea and Motostorm to deliver the high quality of purchased products. T-shirts Motostorm are of good quality, well designed on my body, the entire pairs of socks suits me and the wind stoper from Klim is amasing. The only issue I have is regarding the Klim gloves that weren't available even I tried to get them twice. So it delayed quite long the delivery.

  Purchase price was good though I’d be unlikely to repeat purchase as I was charged import duty on entry to Australia which pushed the item upto Australian purchase price or close to. Given the waiting time of transaction it was a rather frustrating purchase. However this was not Motostorm’s doing.

  The reviews are right.. “ships in 7 days” doesn’t mean the stock is at Motostorm, the one i ordered wasn’t so then got cancelled. I chose a diff color helmet that was “in stock” which still had to be ordered from supplier. I ordered my helmet on 29/12 and it finally arrived on 31 Jan. PLUS i had to pay 46 GBP if duty on a 161 GBP helmet. Overall. Extremely poor experience and would recommend to avoid. Adding duty and the hassle i could have purchased in local bike shop for same price it’s friendly service.

  We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. The helmet you originally purchased was not available as it was on production and given the fact you ordered on December the 29th when companies were closed for Christmas holidays and they opened the second week of January, we were not able to ship sooner. Given the delay we offered an alternative with models we had in stock and some available to order. On January the 16th we modified the order as requested and shipped the order as soon as possible. As for import duties, those are indicated before the order is placed in the cart - once the UK is selected as destination country. These are requested since 2021 when Brexit was finalized.

  I don't think I have ever found a part cheaper than listed on Motostorm. You may have to a little research yourself on part fitment from time to time. I have made multiple purchases and usually receive stateside within a week unless posted otherwise.

  I’ve purchased multiple items from Motostorm. Two required me to work with customer services given I screwed up my order. Andrea was super helpful and very responsive. Despite this company being based in Italy…never has been an issue and they use FedEx to deliver so it’s fast. Finally, hard to beat their prices for assessories or clothing/boots.

  I purchased the Mytech modelx panniers and pannier rack (32 &39L). I live in United States and took about a little less than a month which is expected as they were on back order. Received email updating me and received notifications as soon as they shipped. Items received undamaged and accurate based on description from website. The locks came with (5) keys. Instructions should also come in English as it would be helpful. Thank goodness for Google translate from Italian to English. Overall would definitely purchase from them in future and definitely would recommend them to others.

  Very good product. Givi TM421 universal muffs with hand-guards are well made. First 19 k trip in 3.8 C temperature was comfortable. Easy to attach on handlebars of my 2018 Honda PCX150. Only drawback was I have bar end mirrors which I could not use because they were inside the muffs. I should have thought of that when I ordered the muffs when it was -17 C temperature outside!
