  The service of the store is excellent. The website is very helpful and the delivery is very fast. Regarding the shoes, it is not really a safety shoe. There is no real hardening, the shoe is soft and it is a gimmick even if it is CE approved. The shoe is very wide relative to its length. Shipping via FedEx is very fast but ended up being almost twice the price of the shoe. Bottom line, a disappointing purchase.

  Good site with a wide spectrum of products. Prices are pretty competitive which made it worthwhile ordering from Sweden. The items I bought were shipped the same day, they arrived in good time and, when I opened the box, there were no unpleasant surprises. Nothing to grumble about and I would shop there again without hesitation.

  Hello, the website indicated shipment programmed for November the 14th and we shipped on the 16th. Unfortunately one of the items was not in stock and that delayed shipment. We indicate in the website if an item is in stock or not - once we indicate "In stock - ships within 24 hours" it means it is present in our warehouse, on the hand if it indicates "Ships within xx days" it means it is not in our warehouse and we have to wait for it to arrive from the manufacturer.

  In all honesty. After reading some of the poor reviews I was very concerned with ordering from motostorm. But to be fair, they were very helpful with me to get the right Rizoma mirrors, adapters and indicators for my S1000RR so no complaints there. The tracking was spot on and as it was shipping to the UK, I had the VAT to pay on the item and was notified through UPS Parcels and paid this via them so no bother. The parts arrived when they said they would and I've already fitted the mirrors which look amazing and the indicators will be next. My only gripe and why I didn't give 5 stars is that after I ordered and paid my money I sent a couple of enquiries and they were ignored. It would of made the difference if they had carried on with the great customer support after I paid and certainly put my mind at rest on a few matters. Overall though I have no complaints and happy to buy something from them again.

  Ripped off. Never prompted at payment that I would be paying an extra $300 for customs, May as well have purchased at home!! Never again, don’t buy from this company, I bet this doesn’t make it to the review site! I’m filthy, wife thought she was doing a great thing and found a competitive price but sadly disappointed.   Hello, we are sorry you are not satisfied with the service. We do indicate multiple times that customers outside of the European Union might need to pay custom charges both in the website and also in the confirmation email the customer receives once the order is placed. "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. [...]" You can find this information also in the website and also while purchasing we indicate price without GST so the customer knows it does not include taxes. We am sorry it was not noticed.

  I ordered a pair of Shad side cases with mounting brackets and was advertised with inner bags included. The order shipped quickly and I received it in a reasonable amount of time however the inner bags were missing. I sent them an email, Juliana asked for a picture and after I provided the picture they shipped me the inner bags and I will say the side cases and bags are a nice compliment to my bike; therefore, I'm a happy customer.

  The parcel was sent via UPS and supposed to be delivered at my home, UPS said they couldn't deliver the parcel (I don'o know why), they didn't even call me on my mobil phone. I have to go to an access point to get my parcel !

  Super legit. Bought so much stuff from them and it arrives from Italy to USA so quick. I've had things even ship out ahead of estimates.   Ordered a Dainese moto jacket and gloves in half the original price. It wad delivered within 2 days correctly and without any issues. The jacket is amazing and true to size. I will definitely shop again soon.

  Shipping was very quick.Everything is perfect and will use again.Alpinestar large size GP PRO R3 gloves are so tight I can’t close my fingers. All my Alpinestar gloves are large and they fit perfectly. Could they be labeled incorrectly? Thank you

  Oh, I have never been disappointed with Motostorm. I live in the U.S. and routinely save substantial money on many, if not most items available online (presuming they're allowed to be shipped here!). On the one or two occasions that there has been a problem, a note with my order number and brief description of my problem gets fast response and excellent customer service. I have noted before that shipping from Italy to Arizona *routinely* happens faster than online outlets headquartered here; and I've never had a lost or damaged item yet. Heading out tomorrow in my new purchase - an AGV K6 S Joan replica that was approximately $200 less than could be had here, and it is *gorgeous*. Thanks Andrea and everyone there for everything you do!
