  Delivery had an extra £15 to pay the courier that they did not cover. Having paid £16 for delivery. Hidden charges. Bad customer service. Didn't ensure the item was delivered. Didn't offer any solution to making sure I received my item. Very bad experience, would not recommend from the uk

  Hello, on our website we indicate that customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. This comunication is also printed on the confirmation email that you receive after the order has been placed. Motostorm are not responsibile for these costs. As you country is outside of the European community you have not be charged Vat on the goods that have been purchased from Motostorm. It is normal however that customs in your country asks you to pay these fees. You have been contacted by customer service and we have explained this to you. We also provided indications on how pay the fees and recieve your parcel.

  Bon emballage et bonne livraison. Sur le site j’ai commandé 1 fixation Shad YAMAHA XSR 125 (2021-2023). Sur la notice ça concernait une une fixation pour une Yamaha XSR 125 de 2019-2021.   I’ve generally had good luck with Motostorm, but this order was particularly frustrating. It took over a month to receive an order and I was only updated with progress of my order after I reached out for a refund. The mivv exhaust came rather quickly once I made contact, but a month of riding season had already passed. Better communication about delays would be appreciated

With items that are not in stock we indicate an estimate shipping date based on what manufacturers indicate to us - this can change due to production, shipping or any other event that may occur during process from producers. We shipped on September the 26th once the item arrived from the manufacturer.   I ordered the Zard Italian made slip on exhaust pipes for a 2015 Triumph Bonneville SE (Newchurch edition). Although these were probably a little more expensive than the Norman Hyde pipes might have been, the price was close enough to take a chance. There are virtually no available online customer reviews of these Zard pipes for the Bonneville. I am completely happy and satisfied with Motostorm as the vendor/seller. Easy ordering, prompt shipment and excellent packaging to the US. The pipes themselves will get a more complete review on the Triumph owner site--they were not perfect, but with the "baffles" removed the sound is just glorious--very much like the restored 1971 Norton 750 Commando I owned for many years. I would gladly order product from Motostorm again.

  Everything is fine! I ordered Akrapovic full exhaust system for my Suzuki GSX-8S, order was made 9-10-2023, at the bottom portion of listed item was notification that shipping process takes around 15 days, and exactly 9-26-2023 my order was shipped. After 3 days I got my package here in the US. I would recommend this shop to my closest friends.

  Extremely happy with my order. I ordered a Schuberth C3 Pro helmet without the huge markup of US retailers and received the helmet less than a week later through UPS. Personally, I didn't have an issue with my order, but could imagine that international returns could be a challenge, so do your research before buying.

  I searched over a dozen online vendors here in the US and nobody had a size large Leatt chest protector. The only way you can get one was to order the entire upper body suit which came as a set. I was hesitant to place an international order but Motostorm had the product in stock and shipped it within less than a week. The shopping experience and shipping times were outstanding and I would definitely purcahse from them again no problem.

  In 2023 you expect to have the invoice downloadable from the user account, as everything is digital. Let's say your website is not up to date, but then, when a client asks for the invoice to be sent by email, AT LEAST do that. Super disappointed. There are tones of other moto online shops to buy from.

  We came along from a Long trip from Malta and we had a late Delivery of our renting Car. We arrived @1.10am and the Shop was Closed and there was someone inside and in short words he let us in to Buy what we went for. VERY HELPFUL.We had to buy the thing and we had to leave the Place, there was many items to see of my interest but I decided to Leave as we were not in the correct time but HE Instead to stay and have a Look.   I am extremely impressed with the shipping time. If it truly did come from Italy this fast that is very impressive. For the actual boot itself, the plastic on the sides seems to be a bit cheap, and the sizing is a bit tight. I have a bit of a bigger foot base so i should have gone one size up.

  The website came up in an online search for the item I wanted to purchase at a good price. As everything was in English, at a glance, there was no indication the store was in Italy. Shipping fees were said to be £16, however there was no mention I would have to pay £60 import duty to receive the item until it was already being delivered. I contacted Motorstorm about this and my emails were ignored.

The website is called "motostorm.it" where ".it" stands for Italy just like ".uk" stands for United Kingdom and so on - so we assume the customers understand where we are located. As for the import duties, we also indicate the following both in the website and in the confirmation email the Customer receives once an order is placed in our website: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery." The UK has been out of the European Community for three - almost four - years now and Customs charges are requested since then.

  Motostorm was the one place that had all of the items I wanted. I could have ordered from different online stores, but I would have had to use more than one. Additionally, Motostorm had the lowest prices, even after shipping costs. The things I ordered were packed well and came to me undamaged and in the timeframe that they said it would. I will order from them again. Great experience.

  Prices are good, somewhat good communication, however the shipping time is way too long, how hard is it to box up the product and send it out the process shouldn’t take 2 weeks. it finally did arrive and in perfect condition considering that it came from Italy. Would I use them again? Probably not. Just not as pleasant a experience as I expected.
