  Good website and found what I needed quickly. A slight problem with delivery but not Motostorms fault. Was supposed to be delivered by UPS. Received confirmation from UPS but then they cancelled the delivery. No reason given. I contacted MotoStorm and got a quick reply. Eventually delivered by GLS who kept me well informed of delivery. Wrote to UPS...no reply. Five stars for MotoStorm and GLS. Zero for UPS.

  Hello, we are sorry you are not happy with you experience. We do indicate both in the website and in the confirmation email what follows: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery." The UK has been out of the European Union for three years now, and Custom charges have been requested since.

  It was my first experiment to buy some motorcycle goods from overseas. Obvious anxiety was there whether it's genuine or fake copy scam, arrive in time or and so on. Customer support's prompt response to my inquiry was a good indicator and the shipment was out quickly enough and received a package in good condition sooner than expected. Will definitely shop again.

  Since Brexit the UK is no longer part of the European Union and therefore the VAT does not apply on the prices when purchasing within the EU and in Motostorm. However when the package arrives in the UK it goes through customs and they may require the recipient to pay import duties on some occasion. When this is the case, they send the bill through the transport company to the recipient. There is a reminder of this eventuality on our website under "payments" section, and also in the order confirmation sent by email after the payment has been processed successfully.

  I was looking to buy a Bell Moto 10 Limited Edition helmet. It was sold out everywhere else but I saw here that it was still available. I was a little wary because I didn't really trust it because it's a store I didn't know about. But it had overall good reviews. So I made the step to buy the helmet and everything went perfectly. I did have a question because I didn't receive an email with information for a bit, and then I contacted Motostorm and the person helped me with patience and kindness. The delivery went perfect. It was very accurate with the given estimated delivery times etc. Thank you Motostorm, I am very satisfied with the service.

  Very fast shipping to Canada. Product wrapped and packaged well no issues at all. Very happy with the SW Motech crash bars for my 2023 Kawasaki Versys 1000 LT SE. I was not able to order in Canada product out of stock for at least 8-10 weeks but found them online at Motostorm. It still was cheaper for me to order and purchase in Europe (Italy) even with shipping and duty cost and currency conversion. First time using Motostorm very pleased!

  I found the liner for my Nolan n103 helmet easily, submitted my order and got an optimistic delivery date. Being a first time customer the following delayed delivery date caused a little concern. After a short wait, think it was a week, the status changed to processed and shipped. I received the package in perfect condition as if I ordered it locally not from halfway around the world. Thanks! I have a new helmet again complete with wear marks.

  I have not received my order yet due to it being cancelled and returned whilst in transit. The reason was because Motorstorm realised they had packed the wrong item. I judge a company by what it does when things go wrong and Motorstorm have rectified the problem and kept me informed throughout.

  I ordered a bunch of accessories for my Tuareg 660. One part I needed I missed and there was no helpful prompt stating that it was needed for other pieces I purchased to work. Because of this I waited till everything showed up then came to this understanding. Which, living in America causes a bit more of a wait. So after realizing that I needed to order another part I made my choice and clicked order. Then to only find out after the supposed shift date they weren't in stock and I had to wait 6 weeks or get a refund. Guess I'm too loyal, all my accessories for my Tuareg have been purchased through motostorm, so I just rolled with the punches. It eventually ended up arriving 3 days earlier than the second ship date, oh well.

  So many issues with this company. Basically it's a drop shipping site. They will look like they have stock but they don't. Its ordered after your purchase meaning the delivery date is massively wrong. Communications with the company are poor and they don't reply when given a difficult question. Also they state on their website about duties within the eu but don't list the countries. I wouldnt recommend buying from them until you've got an email reply regarding your query. I ended up waiting weeks longer and could have gotten it cheaper are duties from sportsbikeshop.co.uk Be very careful.

  Hello, we are sorry you are not happy with your experience with us. On the website it is indicated clearly when an item is in stock and when it is not - "In stock - ships within 24 hours" for what we do have available in our warehouse, while "Shipment in xx days" for what is not and we have to order from manufacturers. Your order was placed on August the 20th and before proceeding with payment we indicated shipment programmed for August the 29th - not delivery by that date. Your order was then shipped on August the 30th - one day after the expected date. As for the Custom duties, the UK has not been a part of European Union since 2020, after Brexit, so you are not going to be requested VAT in our website, but obviously you will have to pay custom charges to your Country. That is the reason we do not list the countries; those who are part of the Eropean Union know it.

  Motostorm has been great in 3 of my orders in the past 1.5 year. I live in Australia, got all my Dainese from them that have been going strong so far and just 5 days ago ordered my Öhlins steering damper for my V4. Guess that's pending to see how it goes but yeah, so far so good. Can't wait to put my rear shock order thru in the next few weeks ✌️

  I live in Switzerland and purchased a HJC RPHA 11 Call of duty. In total I payed 370€ + 52€ import tax. The cheapest price on the planet. The helmet arrived within 2 weeks and was very well packed. I am very pleased with the purchase.
