  At first I was skeptical about the order. The delivery did take longer. But that's probably also because my helmet is a bit older and the inner lining took a while to deliver. During the delivery time I was also sufficiently informed about the delivery delay. I am very positively surprised by the quality and customer service from Motostrom.

  Motostorm has one of the largest selection of bike gears I have seen. Purchased 3 items on Oct 13th to ship to Canada and arrived on Oct 20th. Customer services was exceptional and prompt considering time zone difference. The only negative was that UPS may not have handled the packages carefully so the boxes came with some dents at corner and card board rip at top, luckily the items inside survived with no damages. FedEx may be a better choice. Although risk is involved with any kind of online purchase, all items are new and fits so I am very happy with my purchase and dealing with Motostorm. Will definitely buy from them again in the future!

  Delievery was quick and the product arrived in good condition however sending it back is a huge pain because fedex is annoying. I have to either call them and get someone to come over and pick it or drive an hour to drop it off at a pickup spot. With dhl I could just drop it off at our local postal office which is a 2min drive away from my home.

  I tried to order an item but kept getting errors and could not place the order. I contacted customer support and they immediately responded that there was a system error, which was resolved a few hours later. Customer support was very responsive. Also, the product I ordered was delivered to me in about 4 days despite the fact that it was exported to Japan, which was very fast. The quality of the product received was also absolutely fine. According to the information I had researched beforehand, the back protector was supposed to be able to be attached to the jacket, so I also purchased a protector, but there was no pocket, so I could not attach the protector to the jacket. There were few pictures of the jacket and no explanation, so it would be better if there was information or recommendations on the protectors that can be attached to the jacket.

  Hello, we are sorry you are not satisfied with the service. The order was placed on September the 29th and shipment was programmed for October the 5th, due to a delay in arrival of the package we shipped on the 13th. It will be delivered today according to the tracking number you received in the confirmation email we sent once we shipped. This means we have one week delay on the indicated shipping date and you have not been "waiting months to get my product delivered." We do indicate if the item is in stock before the customer places the order and when it is not available we give an estimate.

  No, we indicate shipment in 7 days for all Puig items that are not in stock as that is the estimate we usually need to receive the part. We then indicate "SHIPMENT BY THE 5TH" not delivery, and once we ship you receive a confirmation email with tracking information and there you can find the delivery date. According to the tracking you will receive it in the next few hours: 1ZW496300492155230. Therefore one week late not months.

  I’m so happy with the liner. I ordered a medium size helmet and it was too big so I decided to try a small liner it is perfect and now my helmet fits perfect.
