  The shipping was fast. Very good. But, I was surprised that upon delivery, I need to pay “duties and taxes” ( $128.65 ). They should have disclose that during the purchase process. On top of that, the courier, UPS, did not notify me properly that they only accept money order or cashier’s check.

  I received my both of my orders incredibly fast (especially considering they crossed the ocean). The prices were better than competitors. They were so good in fact, I thought it might be a scam, but it's not. Motostorm is totally legit. The airbag and jacket I bought were brand new and exactly as described. The Tech Air 10 even had the latest updates and firmware.

  First time buying from overseas and I got a dainese suit from motocard (spain) and boots dainese D1 from Motostorm (italy).. both ordered 01nov and Motostorms boots arrived today! 6 days later. Both were UPS shipped and I'm pretty sure Italy is further then Spain from the east coast! Will order again from Motostorm they have given me a good experience with the European companies and sometimes they are way cheaper then the states. Moto storm Italy is awesome! Charlie f.   The site is great in terms of its product availability and ease of placing an order, I will however caution you towards the import taxes that you may incur should you order from the UK as the only available delivery company is FedEx who preemtively pay the import taxes on your behalf and then places an upcharge for doing so after you've received the product. Brexit happened years ago and I know import charges are required but I should have at least gotten the option to pay it up front without having to pay FedEx a 30% fee for doing it. Beyond that the actual site is great, perhaps they could employ other delivery companies such as DHL just so the customers wouldn't get unnecessarily charged fees on taxes we already know we have to pay.
