  Ordered a $500 jacket that have been discontinued. The site was easy to navigate and everything was very straightforward. However, there was a delay from the time a shipping label had been created and the shipping company never received a package. For whatever reason motor storm was not able to contact me via the email address, I gave them, even though this is what I used to place the order in the first place, and got confirmation from them and the shipping company. Ultimately communication was established and they said they have been trying to get a hold of me for sometime because the jacket I had ordered was the last one in stock, and there was some minor blemishes on it. They sent me photos of the jacket in case I was still interested in it or not. Ultimately, I did not purchase the jacket, but they were very responsive and helpful once the communication problems were resolved. I will not hesitate to use them again, I would want to try to figure out why the email problem started in the first place. Was able to get the jacket, but that is beyond their control. Four stars instead of five, because they had a jacket listed that maybe should not have been, at least they caught it before shipping..

  Perfect transaction from the time of placing my order to delivery. There were multiple updates on my order throughout, and delivery was very quick. Prices with the cost of freight were still way better than purchasing the products here in Australia. I was admittedly skeptical because of some of the negative reviews, but the defining difference between not taking a chance was that the company replied to the negative reviews, and tried to resolve whatever the issue was; plus, there were plenty of positive reviews, so I’m very glad I gave them my order, because it really was the perfect transaction.   This has been my first order from Motostorm. I was a bit skeptical on this order, however I was pleasantly surprised on how fast my boots shipped out and how fast I received them. The only down side is that they are too small. I am a size 9 US, so I ordered a 9.5 to be in the safe side. I should have ordered a size plus1.5. I will definitely do business here agin.   I actually ended up having to cancel this order because I made a mistake. The customer service was outstanding in helping me understand what options I had to get the gear I needed and canceling my order with no questions asked. I'll always shop Motostorm for my motorcycle gear!

  Bestellung im November 2023: Ich war anfangs skeptisch, bin sehr positiv überrascht worden, dass die Bestellung und die Lieferung tadellos und in wenigen Tagen erfolgte. Änderungen beim Liefertermin wurden frühzeitig bekannt gegeben; Motorradzubehör im Winter kaufen, da kann ich auch ein paar Tage länger drauf warten. Die Verpackung des Paketes war stabil und völlig in Ordnung ohne irgendwelchen Werbeflyern. Sollte ich zukünftig für das Motorradfahren etwas suchen, werde ich bei Motostorm auch rein schauen. LG

  The exhaust as a whole was nice, but it did have 1 problem and 1 thing I would adjust. The problem was with the adapter that linked the muffler to the pipe. It didn’t fit and I had to have it stretched to make it work. The thing I would adjust is the baffle. I would install a screw and not a rivet. If you do use a rivet, include instructions on removing it and installing a bolt.
