  The website said the product was not in stock and would ship in 5 days. The Helite jacket I ordered shipped 5 business days after ordering, and arrived in California 3 days after it shipped. I was hesitant ordering from Europe, but have to say I will definitely order again if the price makes sense.

  I ordered a pair of Gaerne boots all the way from Idaho, USA. I was a bit skeptical ordering from Italy. As it turned out, I was super easy, and fast! In fact I got my boots faster than a dishwasher I ordered from Home Depot in my home town! I double checked the size three times before ordering, and I got the right size, delivered fast, and saved $100 USD on my order! I will be ordering again! Thank you and Merry Christmas

  Fantastic customer service. Shoei helmet originally wasn’t in stock but signed up for email notification when stock was available. Received email notification and completed order. Helmet was shipped and delivered as promised in less than a week from Italy to US destination. Simply amazing!

  I was sceptical after seeing some of the poor ratings online, specifically with shipping concerns and not receiving orders. Also lack of communication when approached via email. Well I ordered a hjc rpha91 helmet, with fingers crossed. I live in Canada. When ordering it was mentioned that item was not in stock and will be 7-9 days before shipping. As mentioned item shipping details were sent through and helmet was shipped out as promised. Unboxed the helmet very Happy with my order, can't wait to try the helmet out in the spring. Thank you motostorm. Also this was the best price I found online, even after shipping and import fees. Keep up the great deals Motostorm.

  Today I received my package that was ordered on 10th November and shipped on 24th November, making it a few days short of a month between ordering to delivery in Australia via FedEx/TNT. Website simple to use, could be better with multiple filters possible with each variable, for example selecting two manufacturers is not possible once one has been selected.
