  Very good product. Givi TM421 universal muffs with hand-guards are well made. First 19 k trip in 3.8 C temperature was comfortable. Easy to attach on handlebars of my 2018 Honda PCX150. Only drawback was I have bar end mirrors which I could not use because they were inside the muffs. I should have thought of that when I ordered the muffs when it was -17 C temperature outside!

  I purchased the Mytech modelx panniers and pannier rack (32 &39L). I live in United States and took about a little less than a month which is expected as they were on back order. Received email updating me and received notifications as soon as they shipped. Items received undamaged and accurate based on description from website. The locks came with (5) keys. Instructions should also come in English as it would be helpful. Thank goodness for Google translate from Italian to English. Overall would definitely purchase from them in future and definitely would recommend them to others.

  No fuss service. My helmet arrived 15 days after I ordered it. This is great as I'm on the other side of the world in Australia. Their communication whilst I was waiting was good too with regular emails tracking my helmet.

  I’ve purchased multiple items from Motostorm. Two required me to work with customer services given I screwed up my order. Andrea was super helpful and very responsive. Despite this company being based in Italy…never has been an issue and they use FedEx to deliver so it’s fast. Finally, hard to beat their prices for assessories or clothing/boots.

  I live in San Francisco but recently bought another AlpineStars jacket and pants for my summer trip to The Dolomites and Northern Italy. As usual the gear arrived with-in 1 week and was excellent. I have purchased a lot of Klim/Shoei/Ohlins and Alpine Stars gear from MotoStorm over the last couple years...Great customer service and excellent prices. Its the first place I look when I want new riding clothes now.

  Motostorm is my go to motorcycle store for cycle gear. I've bought three helmets from them and they are hundreds of dollars cheaper than anyone here in the states. I just bought a Shoei RF-1400 Cappriccio and it was 200 dollars cheaper than anywhere here. Oh and I got it within five days after order was placed. I highly recommend Motorstorm!!

  Everything I ordered came complete but I waited way longer than was supposed to. The Clutch cover from CNC-Racing fits on my Ducati 848 SF but the holder for the covering in front of the clutch cover don't fit with that part and you need to do some part for yourself to screw that cover on.

We have replied to your claim immediately and have activated the warranty process with the brand who agreed very quickly in sending you a new product without the need to have the defective ones back. the replacement item was shipped to you as soon as we have received it from them, in a very short period of time. However the delay in you receiving the product has actually been caused by the particularly busy period of the year and the logisitics partners being slower than usual in delivering the goods due to the volume of packages in transit. we apologize for this unexpected inconvenience.

  Hello, you were informed on ur website before checkout that customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We also indicate this on our website in the payments page and again on the confirmation email. We cannot be held repossibile if your goverment charges you tax on imported goods. The order was shipped on the same day as it was registered. Delivery was delayed because you did not want to pay these taxes.

  I purchased a helmet during the Black Friday sale. The purchase was done online via their website, I decided to buy the helmet because there was an additional 10% off the sale price. During the purchase process online, it was quite unclear where to apply the additional discount code and by mistake the purchase was made without me applying the code. As soon as I realised what had happened I emailed Motostorm to ask if they could rectify my mistake and apply the additional discount. Motostorm did not take the time even respond back to me for a decision on the issue. I did receive my helmet ( I’m located in Australia) but have still not had a response from Motostorm. I’m very disappointed Motostorm totally neglected my honest mistake and couldn’t be bothered to respond at all. I was taking a risk purchasing an expensive item from an overseas company and will now reassess to only purchase in Australia where I have local support.

  After some dithering over ordering internationally, I took the "risk". Ordered and processed the same day, impressive.   Lo he recibido hoy, ha tardado 19 días desde el pago. El chaleco venia bien embalado pero con el plástico abierto y el cable usb parecía usado estando enrollado de nuevo. Estoy cargándolo ahora y conectando a la aplicación de Dainese y parece todo correcto. En cuanto termine la carga (ahora está parpadeando en rojo) espero que todo esté bien. Lo mejor de motostorm.it es la trasparencia del estado del envío que una vez confirmado ha llegado en pocos días. El precio ha sido muy bueno en el blackfriday con 30% y siendo un articulo muy caro de adquirir con este descuento si me ha animado a adquirirlo. Merece la pena pedirlo a Itali desde España ya que no he encontrado mejor precio aquí.

  Best experience buying motorcycle equipment from Italy. Products are genuine, hassle free ordering and super fast delivery where it took only 4 days to receive my order in SEA. Pricing is reasonable as well. Would recommend over their competitors which I ordered from and still waiting for order to arrive.
