  Struggling to get these boxes in the UK, so ended up ordering from Motostorm. Delivery and communication was brilliant, product arrived as ordered, very happy. Only downside was that i had to pay £175 import tax (hate the British government). Would highly recommend but watch out for the import taxes. Ciao.

Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We indicate this on our website an d also on the confrimation email that you recieve after placing the order.

  I live in Mississippi, and I had done a bit of digging into this site and FCMoto. I knew what I wanted was not available in the US, so I decided to give this place a shot. I placed my order, shipping was 28 dollars for me, and a fedex tracking label was created. Unfortunately the tracking label did not update fast enough, cause I received my order in just a week, tho the tracking said it was still at the airport and running late. A bit weird, but I cannot complain about the quality and fast shipping. I'm overall pleased with the order and would recommend this as a good place to buy from.

  Order my items showing in stock, and received a delay notice with no expected date for despatch. 4weeks later i query customer services to be told only 2/3 i have ordered are in stock, what do i want to do! Once i reached out and directed my despatch, remaining items delivered and tracked properly and swiftly. But could customer services not contacted me in 4 weeks to see if i wanted part shipment?

  Very good prices but the order was delayed very much and I had no information from the store. I had to write to them twice to get an answer. Very poor way of communication because the do not have an online form but you have to send them an email. This is 2024 guys not 2000.

  Very fast and excellent service from Motostorm however have been waiting UPS courrier first day who did not rang at the door and just left a notice saying I wasn’t home I had to pay tax & duties and that he would come on next working day, second day waiting at home, he just dropped the package on the corridor of my building with no signature or contact whatsoever! Please note UPS website and app are so unfriendly and unclear! Hopefully a neighbour took the package and he texted me to inform! All’s fine by now but this UPS isn’t a good courrier! Helmet and boots are exactly what I ordered, size and colour perfect too! Thank you!

  A random google search for a Shoei led me to Motostorm, and I'm so glad I did. Even with international shipping I saved hundreds of dollars, and it shipped quicker than most aussie companies. Extremely happy with the helmet, will definitely shop with Motostorm in the near future.

  When i ordered the estimated latest shipment date was on May 7th(over a week after my order). On the 6th of May i emailed to see if there was an update and was emailed promptly back confirming that the helmet would be shipped on the 7th. I was extremely impressed that the shipment occurred on the day. Using UPS is amazing and well worth it. I can track the package all the way. The whole experience has been brilliant!
