  I ordered from the United States and the whole process was relatively smooth. FedEx emailed me some easy paperwork to fill out for customs and then had to sign for delivery. The whole process took about 10 days. Item was well-packaged and as expected. I would order from MotoStorm again (and am actually about ot place another order).

  International shipping was top notch! I am extremely satisfied with how quick my order was shipped from Italy to the US! It was packaged perfectly, the order was exactly as described, and absolutely spotless! Could not have asked for a better supplier and I will definitely order again. The only complaint I have is that the order was never updated on the Motostorm screen after ordering so it was a guess as to all the activities but that is not really something to complain about. I was concerned for a minute. But they still get 4 stars in my book! Maybe they can work on that to keep people well informed and that would be 5 star treatment! I was pleasantly shocked and surprised to receive my order faster than expected! Ordered 4/15 and at my door 5/2. I would argue that is extremely commendable and I am grateful! Thanks Motostorm! You now have another repeat customer!

  It's impossible for me to give any fewer than 5 stars. Motostorm was the only location I could find with a size large Shoei X15 Escalate TC1. I took a chance, being slightly concerned they were so much cheaper than local online shops here in Canada, and also a bit nervous about ordering from an international retailer. But I am very happy I took the chance. On top of providing the product I was looking for at the best possible price, they delivered it in only 3 days! I will definitely be shopping with them again.

  Crazy fast shipping, went from Italy to my door in the US in two days. I've had orders from a state over take magnitudes longer to ship. Website was easy to use and prices were great. I saved over $75 USD ordering from here with shipping, then paying for the same item from the US vendor with free shipping.

  Really impressed with this company. I ordered a Shad top box which worked out cheaper to import to UK from Italy, even after tax. The deal also included the back rest which would have cost me even more. Delivery was quick and packaging secure. I'll always consider using motostorm in future.

  this is my 2nd time to order to Motostorm. Also had the same concern as my 1st order. Late delivery. Maybe because of its out of stock and guys needs to order it from the supplier.
