  Excellent price on a product not yet available in the USA. Ordering was uncomplicated and proceeded without a hitch. Low shipping price and speedy delivery promised. Due to a hitch in the paperwork the product got hung up in Tennessee customs. This is where Motostorm really showed their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Communication in all directions was clear, concise and effective. They resolved the issue in one business day! They are very efficient, polite and understanding. Definitely someone I would recommend without reservations.

  On the whole everything is ok. The only thing that could be better is the support via email, because I'm still waiting for an answer (even if it's no longer necessary). Another improvement might be that you receive a notification if there is a delay in delivery and not just when you have to go to the website.

  The TCX boots that I received were just what I wanted. Motostorm had the best price, even when factoring in shipping to the US. I am very happy with the delivery time as well. I belive it was three or four business days after I ordered that my boots arrived. I will be doing business with Motostorm again.

  Super fast delivery! The item is perfect and I have a very happy son as we could not find the item for sale in the UK. We did have a small import fee to pay which was expected. However, I would not hesitate to use motostorm again and would highly recommend them.

  Took 4 months from order to goods being dispatched, i had to chase Motostorm constantly for updates and when finally shipped received an import bill from UPS for £50 on a £176 order. Buyer beware. Goods arriving tomorrow !!!!!!

Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We indicate this on our website and also before you confirmt he order at checkout. We are based in the European comunity. As you are from an extra Eu country yuo do not pay Vat on our website by your goverment do ask you to pay these costs when the parcel arrives to you. Its true that there was a production delay with the ordered item, we sent different emails regarding this delay.

  I placed an order from Canada, it was shipped in a timely fashion, packaged properly and I saved money ordering from Motostorm than if I would have ordered from the distributor in Canada, even with the shipping costs and duties.   Unfortunately, an order is not confirmed at Motostorm, neither by email nor by displaying it in the customer account under “my orders”. It is therefore not clear when or whether the items will be available at all. Even if items are displayed with "deliverable within 24 hours" nothing happens for the next few days. It's a shame because I'm otherwise happy with the service.

I purchased the Leatt 7.5 Flow Tour jacket and pants and they are of exceptionally high quality with the fit exactly as per Leatt’s sizing chart. I highly recommend the Leatt suit for warm weather riding and in particular off-road adventures due to the superb airflow. I would not hesitate in purchasing from Motorstorm again in the future.

  The Givi AF214 was obtained for a much better price from Motostorm than available in the USA. Even coming from Italy, I received the windscreen quicker than anticipated. This is absolutely the best windscreen available for the Hinda Silverwing.

  Goods arrived well packages and exactly as described. Motostorm are one of the few resources in the world who can still supply liners, visors and sun shields for my old helmets.   I bought a motorcycle jacket for my 9 year old daughter. Trying to buy actual quality motorcycle stuff for kids is extremely hard, with it seeming like companies make race suits and boots, but not jackets, gloves, or helmets. I finally found a jacket that i deemed acceptable to protect my daughter at  motostorm. I live in the US and it was shipped from Italy, and it was stateside 3 days after i ordered it which honestly was a shock. Their email automation to inform me of what was going on was great as well. The only issue i had was that in the special notes/request section was that i specifically asked for my name, address, and billing information not to be put in the shipping invoice or on the box.  When it arrived it had my name, phone number, email address, basically everything. Aside from that they were amazing and i would order again.

  I received my new jacket and it was the right jacket but wrong color combo, I would send it back and exchange it for the correct one but I live in the USA and with international shipping there no telling how long the process would take. So i have decided to go with the one they sent.

  Unfortunately the product is not in great condition. this is not Motostorm's fault. Termignoni packed and item that honestly should never have passed their quality controls so now I am stuck trying to resolve an issues all the way from Melbourne Australia... again - this is not Motostorm's fault - this issue lies with Termignoni.... just unlucky i guess,
