  As of summer 2024, the euro/yen exchange rate is weak, but the summer sale made it possible to get even better deals. Delivery to Japan is also fast using UPS. In the future, when I find something new that I want, I will pay for the exchange, product price, and shipping fee. Overall, if it's a good deal, I'd definitely use it. Motostorm did a great job with this purchase.

  Great jacket for a great price. I ride in Orlando FL and its always hot. This is a lightweight jacket with great elbow and shoulder armor. There's no back armor but there's a pocket for it. True to size, i wear small Shirt and i can wear a hoodie and wear this jacket comfortable. Above all, it fits and looks great.

  I got what I ordered in a timely manner. The Ridesync for CarPlay by Interphone is a very good product, works flawlessly, and, most important, when you leave the bike you can easily carry it with you, like a GPS Navigator. On the other end, two similar products, the Carpuride and the new Midland Bike Guardian Car Play, do not allow you to carry them with you when you leave the motorbike, so, for me, are useless, because if you leave them on the bike you will most probably not find them when you are back. Now, the Interphone Ridesync comes in the box with the power cable to connect the unit to the battery of the motorbike. Since I have 2 motorbikes, I need to buy an additional power cable to connect the unit to the battery of my other motorbike: I cannot find it in the Ridesync website, how can I buy this power cable?

  Another prime example of why I purchase here. I ordered on 7/7; it was processed on 7/8; and I received the item 7/11. That's a stunning quality, hard to find item sent from Italy to Arizona, USA in four total days, and for less money including the shipping than I might expect to pay for it locally. I have had other helmets in the shop with me before and small groups of knowing motorcyclists noticing and asking to examine my helmet. It's a good feeling to have such a great relationship with an honest vendor.

  I ordered a motorcycle airbag jacket back in April. I was to be delivered in 10 days. I received no communication from Motostorm except for annoying advertising emails - but no jacket. After 4 weeks I inquired on line with no response. After 6 weeks of no communication or jacket delivery, I was concerned that Motostorm was a SCAM. I again reached out to them inquiring if they were real, or had stolen my money (>600EU). Only after my 2nd email and 6 weeks did I get a response from Motostorm that the vendor had an extensive production delay. Now 3 months later, I am due to receive the jacket that I ordered tomorrow. Motostorm needs to actively and recurrently notify customers of any delays in completing orders. DJG,MD United States

  I've ordered a helmet which came in time. No issues with delivery, but what I received was not what I ordered. I purchased the helmet in size M, which on their website, under sizing guide, was showing 57-58cm. I ordered it thinking that's what I'm going to get, but when the helmet came, all I checked was a tag inside a helmet. The tag was showing M, so I thought "great. Excellent service". I didn't check the numbers next to the letter M. After a month I got another helmet (different brand and different shop) and this new helmet was tight. Wanted to compare sizes, so I looked at the tag of my first helmet and the numbers were showing 59-60cm,size M. Not what motorstorm website was showing. So, I got larger helmet than I wanted, because of their sizing guide mistake. On helmet manufacturer's website sizing is correct... Size M is 59-60cm and size S is 57-58cm. Motorstorm sizing is wrong. I've sent them an email yesterday, so I'll wait and see how they'll handle it. Hopefully, they'll resolve it, so everyone is happy.

  I order a small Helmet , I received an XSmall. The interior lining was small , so it doesn’t fit in the helmet properly. The shell was an x small so I’m not able to wear it. Doesn’t ha e sticker at the back with certification. I’m still waiting an answer from them.

  Hello, thanking you for your feedback. The helmet that we sent you has 4 different outer shell sizes (XS-S/ M/ L/ XL-XXL). The XS and S have thwe same shell size for fitting the only thing that changes is the size of the liner. The certification is sewn into the chinstrap. There is a label.   My others shoei helmet are all small and they fit on my head. They have a sticker small in the shell. This on said x small and it’s to small. If an other websiite of yours said that’s the same size for xs and s. Ok your site , we can buy each size separately and in your chart is not the same size

  Purchased a HJC helmet that was unavailable in the states. I was a bit worried as there were a few poor reviews, but I will happily and gladly report that not only did I receive the exact helmet ordered, it came faster than expected (just as fast as domestic) and had tracking confirmation the whole way. Highly recommended, will shop with Motostorm again!

  Hello, Everything all right until the shipping by UPS. It had to be delivered last week. It was on the way and near my place. During the day the informations change. Today, no more information. In the past I already have really bad and poor experience with UPS. I hope they don't lost the shipping again, it is too long. The risk is I order the part in an other place and I return what I order to you. My personal advise is to stop working with UPS.

  Hello, I'm glad to be able to tell you that UPS finally brings me the shipping. So, my experience with Motostorm is quite excellent ! It is always painful to receive something taking into account by UPS in Belgium. (Often complicated experience) Best regards, Maxime Nguyen Dinh
