  Before I start let me say I have only left negative feedback because of the extra costs I was not expecting. The delivery, communication and product were excellent. I have been charged nearly £60 for import charges that were not made clear to me at the time of purchase. This has been a lesson in reading the small print.

  We thank you for your feedback and are sorry if the import charges have come to a surprise to you. Since Brexit an item shipped from EU to UK is VAT free, but once the package arrives in the UK the British customs may be asking the recipient to pay for import taxes, based on the applicable import laws in the country. There is a reminder of this on our website under payments policy page, but also in the cart prior to checking out, written in red. Also the order confirmation sent by email after placing the order indicates it.

  Hello, thanking you for your feedback. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Orders under 1000 are subject to GST taxes. Motostorm is a registered importer in Australia and has a official ABN number. Gst taxes for orders under the 1000 limit is collected by Motostorm on behalf of the Australian Government. Otherwise you are asked to pay the tax whent he parcel is delivered to you.

  If you are ordering internationally stay away. They offer cheap subsidized shipping to you and fast, but if you need to make an exchange you are on the hook for independent personal shipping which is going to cost you $300+ if you are from the US like me. They could provide a business return program but they do not in an attempt to finalize sales even if that means screwing you over with a bad fit. Stay away

However it is still possibile to return goods for a refund if you are not located in one of these countries. Within 30 days of receipt of goods you must login to your order list and fill out the return form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. You will get your refund with the same payment method used for your order in about 1-2 weeks from reception of the goods.

  Easy transaction, extremely well-packaged. Slight delay from submitting the order to actual shipment & tracking, but once on the way the FedEx delivery was timely and arrived in time for 3-week trip. One demerit for Customs fees of over $100USD -- this was not highlighted as part of the transaction and was a "surprise" addition to the overall cost of the merchandise. FedEx sent the $103USD Customs bill in the mail well after package delivery, but there was no such alert on my FedEx app.

  I found the Motostorm site as advertising this helmet (Abus Gamechanger 2.0 Mips) with the best price . I live in UStates and even paying the shipping is still a way better price than purchasing it here. It took Motostorm couple of days till they shipped the helmet but once shipped it got here extremely fast. I’m very pleased with the whole process and as soon as I got my helmet I ordered another one for my wife. I strongly recommend Motostorm to anyone who wish to purchase items from them.   I was a bit skeptical about this site, but after doing some research, other confirm this site was legit. I had little expectation but they blew them out of the park!!! -The helmet I ordered was a fraction of the price on other sites -I received a personal email from a real person advising my order would be shipped by the end of the day - And I received my helmet in 3 days.   Very happy with the SCHUBERTH E2 helmet I purchased. Size and fit were accurate. I there was a slight delay with USA customs, but quickly cleared up after I contacted the shipping company per their direction and emailed the appropriate customs form to them. I will not hesitate to purchase from Motostorm again.
