Verified reviewCommunication was half ass. I got an email saying order had been delayed but then another that said it was on it's way. I contacted customer support and it sounded like they did not know what was going on. Then all of a sudden, the shipment showed up.

Verified reviewExcellent pricing and fast shipping. The product was as specified, in the correct sizing, and with all materials included. Their customer service responded quickly to my emails. However, I would like to state the shipping estimate at checkout was 3-4 days. After 3-4 days passed and my order was still processing I reached out to customer service, they informed me they were waiting on a restock from supplier. As soon as the order processed, I received the order only days later. My one piece of feedback would be that they should communicate shipping times better or that in the case of a restock, they supply an updated estimate. If you are looking for something in a rush, that is anxiety free, you should probably look elsewhere. But if you’ve got some time to kill, and are willing to anxiously await order updates, Motostorm might save you some money!

Verified reviewSite navigation was easy and based the buyer's exploration of products on categories of products. I initially ordered one item, but very quickly determined that shipment would be delayed while the product was ordered from the suppliers. I quickly emailed to adjust my order, which was completed promptly. My items took two weeks to arrive, but this was not due to Motostorm.it, this was entirely due to FedEx delays. I will likely purchase from this company again in the future.
