I ordered from Japan. It was shipped the week after I placed the order and was traceable by UPS. It left Italy on Thursday afternoon and arrived in Japan on Saturday morning via China. Many of the goods were made in China, so we wasted half a trip around the world. The website was very highly translated and displayed in fluent Japanese, so I was able to enjoy my shopping experience without any difficulty. I received helpful replies when I asked questions by email. I would rate the shop as very helpful, even to non-EU customers.

my order took over 2-weeks to leave Motostorm, not 7-days as indicated. shipment was fast afterwards, but i was charged $10 for warehouse handling and processing fees by fedex, i hope Motostorm can clarify why their shipper charged additional fees beyond what i already paid for, something i don't get from other online retailers

Motostorm.it had the lowest price for the item I purchased. Even with international shipping from Italy to the US, my Acerbis tank was cheaper and more available than from any domestic supplier. Following the shipping confirmation, my item arrived in just a few days, well packaged and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered this from California and it arrived within 3 weeks which I feel was quick. The price was also good and the shipping was reasonable. I would give 5 stars but this was the second time I had to order it. Both times I ordered they showed the product in stock when in fact it wasn't causing an unforeseen delay.

Order was delayed. Communication about delay was very slow. Once communication started things moved along well. I am located in the US and expected things to take a little while but I honestly was a little concerned at one point. Bagster seats for my 2022 Z900 are great! I’m glad the team at Morostorm.it were able to work around the delays and get things going. Thanks!

These knee guards are supposed to be One-Size-For-All, but they seem too large for my knees. Also the top strap keeps coming loose. I have to adjust it all the time
