The box was a little scratched, but the contents were clean and the packaging was fine. 海外からの発送なので、1ヶ月はかかる事を覚悟していました。しかし、数日で荷物を受け取ることが出来ました。スピーディな対応が素晴らしいと思います。箱は幾らか傷付いていましたが、中身は綺麗な状態で梱包も問題ありませんでした。

Verified reviewThe fit is a little tight and I'm hoping they break in and loosen up. I have wide feet so I gave these a shot. Getting the boots on is unbelievably difficult. I suppose that meas they will stay on when I wipe out. So far I've only worn them in the house for a couple of hours. I can't really attest to their longevity or durability. The right boot seems slightly smaller than the left because I can feel it in the instep. They look very nice and the shipping was very fast. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because I know these would fit someone with standard width much better. Finding comfortable boots for wide feet is difficult.

I contacted customer service and they informed me they were waiting for the product to be restocked. They also gave an estimated date of when they would ship it out. The delivery was very quick after it shipped and I'm incredibly impressed with my purchase! Plus, the price was right with this store. I bought my item brand new for much less than retail price in the U.S.
