Verified reviewI was told a delivery day and then received an email to say that it had been delivered when it hadn’t. I rang UPS who said I had to pay duties before it could be delivered. This was at the end of the day which meant that it was too late to receive my boots on time for going away. I no longer needed them but Motostorm said that I was still liable for the tax duties even though when I ordered the boots there was no mention that I would have to pay nearly 50.00 extra for duties before delivery could be made. Terrible company who uses a terrible delivery service. Don’t buy from them.

Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. You do not pay Vat in our shop as you are resident outside of the European comunity. As you were no longer willing to receive your parcel we have asked Ups to return it to Motostorm.
