I am sorry your are not pleased with our service. Before finalizing the order we indicate in the webpage the require amount of days before shipping; in this case shipment was programmed for April 28 and we shipped the following day - as you can see both in the confirmation email and in your account in our website. Delivery could take some time given current situation; it will arrive in the next few days.

Product was delivered as expected but gps software seems to be locked to Europe and this was not highlighted to be this way. Now undertaking to fix this with TomTom. In addition, I will need to pay additional Au$64 to have the most updated map for Australia. Thus 3 stars
