Received the C5 helmet and SC2 communication system in a timely matter. Turns out the SC2 system is not working (no audio whatsoever). Been trying several tomes for almost a week to get a response via email, with 0 response. I have a useless communication system with no way to resolve.

They asked if I tried any firmware updates. I did not find any and asked them to give specific instructions. I am travelling and won't be able to do anything until Monday.
