Verified reviewSite was good. Delivery took a while but that was not a big deal. Turned out the supplier sent Motostorm the wrong size by mistake. Motostorm actually caught the mistake before shipping, so that prevented a lot of hassle. Would definitely shop with them again. The only thing I think could have been better is their communication on the delay and letting me know an ETA.

Verified reviewOrdered Givi1192 Monkey Pannier stays, we're difficult to find in stock. Correct product arrived after about a week delay, likely due to supply issues. Understandable and reasonable with the current supply chain challenges. Shipping was fast to the US. My only critique would be the lack of communication when the item did not ship at their estimated date. An email stating that there is going to be a delay at that point would be a nice courtesy, but that aside I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Motostorm again

They have English-speaking customer service staff for communication by phone, and they respond quickly to emails. Their shipment to the US (via FedEx express) was very fast, and the vest arrived in good order. They provided such good service and price, I'll look for excuses to buy from them again.
