Simple ordering process. Package arrived undamaged and in good condition. Very pleased with the boots. They are very comfortable from the get go, so no wearing in. They come in half sizes. I am a UK size 9. I ordered 9.5s. They fit perfectly. Time will tell how well perform. Happy.

It took three and a half months from placing the order to receiving the items. Motostorm did keep me informed of the delays and gave me the option for a refund. I held out as I was not in a rush due to it being winter. Great price compared to buying it in the UK and no customs charges which I was expecting.

Quick turnaround. I received the helmet I ordered from Italy to Canada in one week. The helmet was in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered. Shipping by FedEx was very reasonable and I was only charged Canadian tax. There was no duty or extra charges. Al from Canada
