Received the item on or around the date promised, however I had to pay an extra fee of £120 import tax. There wasn't a hanging strap or heat shield in the box as I have seen on YouTube fitting demonstration.

I have ordered the Gaucho apron R118x for my RT 1200 R which i verified is 'compatible'. The metal cable to be attached around the hot motor is few centimeters short. The straps will get burnt. I need a longer metal cable. Could you help with this please? Order Ref. # 412647 Many thanks
