Responsive. There were some delays in email replies but still well within acceptable time frame based on my personal criteria. Delivery is fast, I ordered on Feb 20 and pricing still being finalized by the 22nd due to price match inquiries. Received 3 of 4 on March 1 and the 4th item packed securely on a separate parcel on March 3. All items were carefully packed. Very good experience so I will definitely order from Motostorm again. In fact, I have already recommended the site to my riding friends and buddies.

These guys are just fantastic, this was my second order & using UPS as their delivery service is a great choice. I couldn’t get the items any faster in my own country via delivery it which sounds weird but true. Great easy to use website & payment system. We highly recommend as I will use them again soon. The owner should buy them lunch.😁

The product photo seems it is made of textured leather but actually it is smooth leather. Be ware if you want the textured one. Still the boots is perfect for even formal situation.
