Lo malo que el envío es más caro que el producto, pero con accesorios arai sin distribuidor en España es complicado ajustar el precio, el envío vale lo que vale. Muy satisfecho con la tienda y la gestión. Punto negativo el precio del envío, pero en eso no tienen la culpa. Recomiendo esta tienda, accesorios originales.

Verified reviewI live in California and was uneasy about ordering a helmet to at was out of stock everywhere in the U.S. but available to ship from motostorm in Italy. The prices were competitive though so I placed my order over the weekend and had the new helmet in hand by Wednesday (3 days later!) very impressive!

I have feet that are a half size different so I go with a little big on the one foot. Nice looking boot with a well-hidden zipper for easier access on and off.

Verified reviewNowhere on this site is it made clear that the company is in Italy and that I would be required by fed ex to pay £69 in import fees. This is almost fraud and deception. Really really dissatisfied and would urge anyone else not to use this company. Transparency of your business is key. Please state clearly the import taxes on the web page. I have paid 70 pounds more for this item than I should have. I have been conned out of my money.

In the website we have all our information - this includes our address and it is in Italy - also the website is motostorm.it As for custom charges we give the information to our customers both in the website before any type of order is placed and also after an order has been finalized in the confirmation email they receive - we let our customers know that if they are outise od the European Union then the delivery might be subjected to customs fees and unfortunately we cannot interfere as those do not depend on us.

Verified reviewI bought 3 Shoei Helmets to USA in 2 different orders. The first order took almost 10 days to arrive to New Jersey but because USA customs retain the package and ask for adittional info, Motostorm sent the info and they release the helmets. The second order took like 4 days to arrive, it was very very fast. The helmets arrived in perfect condition. Excellent service from ITALY to USA. Thanks
