I use Motostorm all the time. One thing that I appreciate about them is that I can email their customer service with questions and they always get back to me. This particular order took a couple months, but I attribute that to supply chain issues during Covid.

The part that I ordered shown as a warehouse transfer. Then, it went to a back order. I the. Requested my order to be cancelled and, Monies refunded. That was done in a couple of hours and, a credit was issued. All this on a Sunday too... Will by from them again if needed.

Great communication via email keeping me informed on delivery. Unfortunately Shoei had a long lead time for the Neotec 2 that I ordered, but it was a great price so I waited for it. I would definitely buy from these guys again as they were very helpful.

I placed my order late at night and was too sleepy to notice it was an Italian company (I know, .it should have given it away) Since the website was in English and the price was in £ I assumed the shipment would be within the UK. Ended up paying extra £50 ish for customs because of brexit. A warning about that before making a purchase would have been great. This is why I give you 4 stars not 5
