I found out item was out of stock after I made my purchase, so delivery was longer than expected. When MotoStorm finally got it back in stock, shipping was very quick. My rack arrived in good condition & I would do business with MotoStorm again.

I was worried cuz price was so low that it was sketchy... IT IS NOT!! I placed order and they were on it right away.. They did their part FREAT and i have no issues.. FEDEX on thw other hand im not pleased with..

I ordered a number of items and waited months. Regardless, when I did receive the items, one was canceled and refunded. Once they shipped the parts they had, they arrived within a week. I hope the remaining parts come in so I can complete my order. Great products. I don't mind the wait, but canceling part of the order caused me to lose over $100 on the exchange rates. That was disappointing. Hopefully Motostorm will make up some of the difference when the remaining part comes in.
