I have ordered my boots three weeks ago and after sending a number of emails finally received a response after two weeks that my boots will be shopped in a few days and still haven”t got them.

Thanks, I think for your costumers like myself it is crucial to know if you got the goods in stock or you have to order it from the manufacturer after the costumer pays the full invoice and then it takes three weeks for the manufacturer to send the good to you, please mention “out of stuck “ when you are actually out of stuck and don’t mislead the costumers.

If you choose to use the "discount codes" they give for previous purchases... All that happens is the shipping charges increase to cancel out the discount that was just applied... Pretty sneaky and bad business practice.

Hello, the shipping costs are calculated based on the volume of the order and the discount codes applied, this could modify the original indicated price. Everything is shown in the cart before proceeding with the order, so the customers know what the final amount is.

Each time I input a discount code, (as I have multiple codes from previous purchases) the shipping cost went up. I entered 3 different codes and the total price owes never decreased, it only increased the shipping by 20 euros to offset the discount that was just applied.
