Hello, Customers outside of the UE may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Customers that purchase outside of the European comunity do not pay Vat, but they are charges customs duties when the parcel arrives to there country.

And I was not told this when I make the purchase I was nottold I was buying from a company outside of the UK, I could have brought the items in the UK cheaper and had them delivered sooner.

So the fact the website comes up as UK and nowhere does it state where the items are shipped from untill after you pay, is the customers fault ? Well I'm thankful i won't have to use your company again with comments like that.

The website is "motostorm.it" - nowhere in the website the UK is indicated in our address or in any reference with Motostorm. I am not sure where exactly you saw that, but it clearly is not in our website.

Hi, it is written on our website under "payments" section, and in the order confirmation sent to you by email a kind reminder that since Brexit the import/export laws have changed in the UK. Indeed you are not paying the VAT on the products when purchased in Europe any more, but you will be asked by the British customs to pay for customs charges once your package is arriving in the UK. Those charges are not included in the shipping costs of Motostorm, indeed the bill is managed by the British customs and will be sent to you directly by the transport company at the delivery. Hi, Thanks for coming back. The problem is that part 5 is 2 x M8 20mm screws but part 2 & 3 that they are supposed to screw into have M6 size holes so the screws are too Big! I got a couple of M6 Screws and fixed the problem, but Givi should be tole that these 2 screws are too big for their purpose.
