  Again, for the third time in a row my order has missing items! I can't believe I have to call you everytime after I receive my delivery, and yet you don't offer a refund or even to bring back the item. Also, the tuna sashimi were tasteless, hard, unfrozen and white from bad quality. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL ITEMS ARE IN THE DELIVERY BAGS or at least offer a suitable solution when you are at fault !!

  The miso soup was spilled inside the whole takeway bag. The bag as well as all sushi paperboxes were wet and dirty because of that. Disappointing experience.

  The quality of the food and the selection on the website is the best I have seen. However your website says that you don't deliver to our address and therefore I have to call up every time I order. Also, it would be great if you could mark it on your website if a product is not available at a given time. We have been ordering sushi from you for years so we clearly love it and so do our clients! Thanks for doing what you are doing!

  I have been a customer for years but I was very disappointed with my last order. Order arrived 15 minutes later than the upper hand of the delivery window. We also had no soy sauce nor wasabi despite having ordered them. Overall good quality was not great with a lack of freshness.

  My order arrived with 35mins delay and when I open the bag, the dessert I had ordered was not even here. I have called to seek compensation but still have not received any email confirming I will get paid back for the dessert. A compensation for next order would also be appreciated..

  I order sushi from sushishop many times, usually once a month in the last two years, and it's always a good quality. However last friday the rice was very hard and dry, like the salmon. It really tasted funny. Anyways, I am sure it's just a thing happened once and I hope the quality stays the same as before.

  Not at all satisfied. For example, I wasn't expecting to receive a sushi with canned tuna! In addition, of the six soya sauces I had ordered only 2 were delivered with half of the ginger and none of the Wasabi.

  Mochi used to come in a set of two, not only they come individually now but they are really not of good quality The rice paste around is not as fluffy as before and the mango as a chimical taste. The packaging is not as good... I had a bite of the mochi and threw it away. Clearly your new provider is not as good as the previous one. One more thing when a customer pay for an extra sauce he should get it, when a customer mention in the comment "don't forget the extra sauce" it should be the case... but once again the sauce was forgotten! Sushis are as always delicious though. Don't lower the quality of the rest of your services please :)

  extremely disappointed. Order arrived after 80 minutes. Did not get the items I had ordered, no chopsticks, no sauces, no wasabi. Called the local sushishop to enquire about my order and was told "not to worry we will remember you next time and you will get a discount". Tried to contact Sushishop via website but all links to customer service were broken. And the fish was not very fresh.
