Verified reviewAfter enjoying your sushi for years I tried one of your hot dishes for the first time and though it was made 'fresh' for me, the tempura prawns were dreadful! Soggy, not friend microwaved and mostly just batter.( The noodles and veggies with them were OK.) Your sushi is excellent so why ruin your reputation and menu with poor quality hot dish? Your staff was understanding, but said other clients have said the same for years but nothing has been changed.

The sushi was dry, the rice was falling apart, and the overall quality felt mediocre at best. It honestly seemed rushed—like a late Sunday order that didn't get the care it usually does. Really disappointing, especially given how consistent it's been in the past. This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering again.
