  The food was delicious but it took me a long time to order as the make it yourself box wasn't available once I put in my address. The delivery took much longer than expected and the website didn't update so I had to call the store to ask when I was going to get it.

  Have been costumer for years, amd jever really had any issues, food was always tasty. Have recommended to friends etc. But I was really surprised upon opening sushi boxes this time. Sushi didnt look appealing, they were not wrapped properly, half of them had come apart. And taste wasn't as good as usually. I have been ordering from this place for the last few years, so not sure what happened this time, if new sushi chef and maybe new produce suppliers, but I didn't enjoy them this time. Not sure if will order again, unfortunately. As this was one of the best sushi places but last experience wasn't as expected

  The order took 30 min to be prepared by only one chef who was very slow. I was not told about the delay only after having paid. The quality was also lower than usual. I would have expected a gesture after this waiting time but nothing was offered.

  We had an incident with our delivery guy that took a picture saying he had delivered outside but actually he took the order with him back. We called the shop and we had to prove it was nothing there. 5 minutes after the driver came back with our food (probably after the shop called) and one of our items were not sealed so we didn’t eat as there was no proof it was not touched. Next time we will probably order from deliveroo versus the website

  The delivery driver was only given the name of my road to deliver to. This has happened before and it delays the delivery. Also the app doesn't allow you to completely remove an item, such as ginger which I don't eat, and chopsticks which I have at home.

It’s been a few times we order the Rock’s Roll and every time there is something missing or different, on our last order we didn’t have the sauce nor the crisp on top.   Pretty to very satisfied. Ordering from your website was disappoointing, because after the laborious process of choosing, my Mastercard was rejected. It has never been rejected, and is faultlessly in credit. So I had to telephone, where your representative found my name and I ran through the order with him.   Service quality is getting worse: I ordered 2 beef/cheese yakitori and was given one beef and one chicken Tsukune instead. Beef was missing the Teriaki sauce and the tsukune was completely dry and tastless. Pacific roll: 2 pieces where correct the other 4 were normal salmon/avocado roll.   The food always come good and the fact I had a discount made us order from Sushi shop. But we always have something missing, this time was wasabi.   I am a very big fan of sushi and I think the sushi shop offers wonderful variety and high-quality sushi. I could not recommend it enough. Will always order from them. The buying experience was wonderful and delivery time was anticipated by 30 min so I cannot complain.

  We always ask for no ginger, no napkins and no chopstick and are always given all three. We paid extra for sauces and ended up not getting them. Delivery is also often quite slow. It is a shame as the sushis are amazing!

  The Website experience is atrocious: it's like a college project. Elements of the process simply do not work (I made several unsuccessful attempts to register my credit card; error messages appear in code, or in French (on the English language site), and there are typos throughout the site.
